America is awesome. Americans are awesome. And unfortunately, many American people feel horrible ** and I would suggest that the primary reason why this is so is because the typical American diet is horrible.
The equation is so simple, and yet in our post-industrial age, so easily forgotten. Bodily health feels (really) good. The absence of bodily health feels (really) bad . Proper nutrition is absolutely fundamental to bodily health. If one does not have proper nutrition, one will feel bad. For most people, feeling really good is simple: eat healthy. Done:)
